When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 9am PST, Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am PST will be shipped the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday, and excludes Holidays. All orders are subject to verification and product availability prior to processing and shipping.

 
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to adjust or modify the information. If you have any questions or concerns contact Zumiez.com Customer Care at 877-828-6929.

 
When am I charged?

We only charge when we ship your order! However, when a debit or credit card (that is associated with a checking account) is used there may be an authorization for the total of your order. This may affect your account balance.

If you are paying with a gift card, the funds are redeemed once your order has been submitted.

 
I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

  2. Select <Forgot your Password>
  3. Enter your email address used for your account
  4. Select <Submit>
  5. We will send you a new password via email

 
When will I receive my refund for a return?

Credits will be issued after Zumiez.com receives, inspects and processes your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.

 
The tracking says my package was delivered, but I don't have my order. What do I do?

First, ask everyone in the household and surrounding neighbors if they have received the package. If still nothing, contact Zumiez.com Customer Care at 877-828-6929, 7am to 6pm PST Monday through Friday. Please do not contact UPS or USPS; we will do that for you.

 
How do I know my order is ready for pick up at a store location?

Take advantage of Free Shipping! If you have your Zumiez.com order shipped to one of our store locations you will not be charged for shipping. Once your order has been delivered to the selected store, you will be contacted via email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery to our Zumiez store.
Alaska and Hawaii residents please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Does Zumiez.com ship to my country?
USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your address.

The international order regulations do not apply to Aruba, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.
