• If there are any discrepancies on an International Order, we will notify the customer. If we do not hear a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be cancelled.
• If an order is refused upon delivery, any non paid duties, taxes and other fees incurred when the package enters your country will be deducted from your refund. We are charged for these items when a package is refused by the customer.
