Return Policy
  • All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location. Store Locator
  • All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original unused, packaged & resalable condition except for manufacturer defects.
  • All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
  • After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
  • All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
  • Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.
  • All returns (refunds or exchanges) without a receipt will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.

 
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be received in the original form of payment.
  • ATM/ Debit & check refunds will receive cash. This only applied to purchases made in store.
  • Credit card refunds will be credited on to the original credit card (credit card & cardholder must be present). This only applied to purchases made in store.
  • Gift card refunds greater than $10.00 will receive a gift card credit.

Checks:

  • Local checks only with a current in state driver's license.
  • Additional I.D. or approval may be required, including verification of telephone numbers.
  • All checks must be written for the amount of purchase only.
  • Checks are converted into an ATM transaction.

Credit Cards:

  • All credit card purchases require the actual credit card & cardholder to be present
  • Additional picture I.D. may be required for credit card transactions.

 
Returning and Exchanging at Zumiez.com

When returning or exchanging an online order at Zumiez.com, please fill out the back side of the receipt you received with the order.

IMPORTANT: At this time purchases made in store can not be returned or exchanged at Zumiez.com

Here is how to fill out your return/ exchange:

  1. Circle the item(s) you are returning or exchanging on the front side of the Invoice
  2. On the back of the confirmation select the reason for return or exchange or return
  3. Choose a replacement or refund for item(s)
    • send exact replacement
    • send the same item in this_____ size
    • credit my charged card (Choose this if you are returning)
    • credit my Zumiez Gift Card
    • Other_________________
  4. Enclose the completed Invoice with the items you are returning. Send back to Zumiez.com using the preprinted shipping label on the other side of the Confirmation Form

Once we receive your item(s), we will be able to process your request for an exchange or return. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.
