Shipping Information, Options and Rates
Zumiez.com orders are shipping from Everett, WA. 98203. Orders placed before 9am PST, Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am PST will be shipped the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.
During the "Check Out" process, choose one of six shipping methods:
- Free Ship to Zumiez Store location
- USPS Priority
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day
- UPS 2-Day
- UPS Next Day Air
- USPS $5.00 Flat Rate
*Orders going to PO Boxes, Military, APOs, Hawaii, and Alaska will be shipped with USPS.
Zumiez shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to. NOTE: Oversized items are subject to additional shipping fees.
Ship Free to a Zumiez Store
Ship to any Zumiez store location and pay No Shipping! This allows you to pick your order up at your convenience.
Step By Step Instructions
- During the checkout process, select <Ship it to a Zumiez Store>
- Enter your Zip/Postal Code or State, of the area you want this order to be shipped; Select<Submit>
- A list of the nearest Zumiez stores to that Zip/Postal Code or State will appear; Select a store where you would like your order to be delivered.
- You will then continue with your checkout!
IMPORTANT:
- You will be asked to show photo ID when picking orders up at the store.
- Please either bring your web receipt or print a copy of your order confirmation to facilitate pickup.
- All orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be sent back to Zumiez.com.
- Depending on your location, FREE Shipping to Store may take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
- Alaska and Hawaii residents please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
- Additional charges may apply to large items, such as rails, ramps, snowboards, boots and bindings.
- Ship to store orders are prepaid online.
