Search - In the search box, located at the top right side of Zumiez.com, type in key word(s) such as the brand name or name of product, then select <Search>. Once you have selected <Search>, similar products, related to key word, will be displayed. From there, you have the option to sort the results by size, color, price, category and brand.

Order by Phone: To order by phone please contact Zumiez.com Customer Service toll-free at (877) 828-6929, Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm PST. Please have ready the Item number(s), size and color of the item(s) you would like to order.

Orders placed before 9am PST, Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am PST will be shipped the next business day.
Accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, JCB and Zumiez Gift Cards
Not Accepted: Personal checks, Cash, Merchandise Cards and Money Orders
We only bill when we ship your order! However when a debit or credit card, that is associated with a checking account, is used there may be an authorization for the total of your order. This may affect your account balance.
If you are paying with a gift card, the funds are redeemed immediately upon purchase.
Occasionally, after you place an order on Zumiez.com, a color or size you select may be unavailable. This item will be automatically backordered for you. We will notify you via email if an item is backordered. We will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. If you would like to swap the backordered item for something that is currently in stock please contact customer care immediately. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. If you have items on backorder that you want to cancel, please contact us or call (877) 828-6929.
Backordered items will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order at no additional charge.
Once you have signed into your Zumiez.com account you are able to access the status of your order. You can view if your order is processing or has been shipped. Just select <My Orders> located in "My Account" View Order Status
Order history includes the status of recent and previous orders, if you would like to view your order history, first log into your Zumiez.com account with your user name and password. Then select <My Orders>, located in "My Account" View History
If you have an account, sign in, and select <My Orders>, then select the order you would like to view tracking for. Track my order. Tracking information will be available for each order placed.
