Your business is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
just return all or part of it within 30 days from the shipping date and we will
be happy to exchange the merchandise or refund the purchase amount. Of course,
merchandise that has been washed, worn, or used may not be returned.
ORDERING
You have two ways to order merchandise from the Zumiez.com online store:
Order Online:
You can order from Zumiez.com's online store 24 hours a day, every day. While
browsing in the seven Zumiez.com shops, you can add items to your shopping bag by
clicking on the <ADD TO CART> button. These items will then appear in your
shopping bag at the bottom of each shopping page. You can easily remove or make
changes to items in your shopping bag by clicking on the images contained in
your shopping bag at the bottom of each page.
When you are finished shopping, click on the <Checkout> button. There you
will be easily guided through the rest of the Zumiez.com secure site checkout
process. If you have any questions or problems, you can call Zumiez.com
Customer Service (877) 828-6929. Customer Service Reps are
available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard
Time; during off hours you can leave a message and someone will get back to you
the next available business day. You can also send an E-mail to
help@zumiez.com. E-mail will be addressed within 72 hours, excluding
weekends.
An order confirmation E-mail will be sent to the E-mail address you enter at
checkout, confirming that we have received your order.

If you prefer to order by phone, call Zumiez.com Customer Service toll-free at
(877) 828-6929, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Pacific
Standard Time. Be sure to have ready the product names, colors, and sizes of
the items that you have found while shopping online at Zumiez.com.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Zumiez.com excepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and Zumiez Gift Cards for orders placed online or via our toll-free number.
Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology. This technology ensures that the information remains private and
secure. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your
browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a
closed lock, then SSL is active. A second method to check for security is to
look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first
characters of the site address will change from "http://" to "https://".
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through
secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you
will not have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured
connection. If you can't access the secure server, for whatever reason, please
place your order by calling Zumiez.com Customer Service toll-free at (877)
828-6929, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Pacific
Standard Time. Be sure to have ready the product names, colors, and sizes of
the items that you have found while shopping online at Zumiez.com.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be shipped within a maximum of five (5) days of checkout, based on
product availability. Zumiez.com carries an extensive selection of merchandise
that is constantly changing with fast-paced fashion trends. In the unlikely
event that the item(s) you selected are not available within 5 days, we will
notify you by e-mail or telephone. At this time, we do not split shipments.
Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or
United Parcel Service (UPS) Regular Ground Service, at Zumiez.com's discretion.
Orders are shipped before 4:00 p.m. PST. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST
will not be shipped that business day.
At checkout, you may select "Express Shipping" for an additional charge. Most
"Express Shipping" orders will be processed within one business day after
checkout, pending credit card approval and product availability. We ship
express shipments Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS.
In the unlikely event that we need to back order an item from your purchase,
your order will be held until the back order has been fulfilled. Your order
will then be shipped at the requested delivery method.
UPS Express service is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping to a Zumiez location is FREE and your package will not sit outside your
door if no one is available to sign for your order. Follow these four easy
steps to pickup your order at a local Zumiez location:

During the checkout process, click the radio button "Ship it to a Zumiez store (Free!)" and
then enter the postal code to where your order will be picked up.

Select the Zumiez location for pickup and click CONTINUE.

Print out your order confirmation.
You'll receive a telephone call when your order is ready for pickup. Show your
order confirmation and sign for the item at time of pickup.
IMPORTANT: Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. You must print
your order confirmation and show it along with your ID to pick up your order. A
shipping confirmation E-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (as entered at
checkout) the day your order is actually shipped. "How to track your order"
details will be included in that e-mail. It may take up to 24 hours after an
order has been shipped before you are able to track your order online.
FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ship to any Zumiez store location and PAY NO SHIPPING! The Zumiez ship to store shipping is FREE for all items except for ramps, rails, and Zumiez Gift Cards.
This shipping option allows you to pick up your order at your convenience and
preventing valuable orders sitting on your doorstep. Please note that because
Zumiez Gift Cards are readily available at ALL Zumiez store locations all Gift
Card orders are ineligible for free shipping.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Typical shipping time is 7
to 10 business days. Alaska residents please allow up to three weeks for
delivery. Once your order has arrived to the selected Zumiez Store location a
Zumiez sales associate will contact you by phone to notify you that your order
is ready to be picked up.
You can even track your package online with your customer number by clicking on
the "ORDER TRACKING" link on the horizontal orange navigation bar located on the home page at Zumiez.com! Just enter your customer number in the
text box.
You must present the credit card that was used to place the order to pick up
your ship to store order. You'll also be asked to show ID. Please print a copy
of your order confirmation to facilitate pickup.
IMPORTANT All orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be charged a
$10.00 restocking fee.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. During the checkout process, click the radio button "Ship it to a Zumiez store (Free!)" and
then enter the postal code to where your order will be picked up.
2. Select the Zumiez location for pickup and enter your contact info for pick-up.
3. Click NEXT button and then enter your billing information then click NEXT.
4. Review your order then submit your order.
5. Print out your order confirmation.
6. You will be contacted by telephone when your order is ready for pickup. Show
your order confirmation and sign for the item at time of pickup.

Notice: Since Zumiez gift cards are readily available at all Zumiez store
locations you will be charged a $5.00 shipping and handling fee.
SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
Zumiez.com shipping & handling rates are calculated based on total weight of the item(s) ordered and the zip code where the item(s) are shipped.
Orders that have a total weight of less than 1 lb will be assessed a flat rate $5.00 shipping charge. Orders that weigh in excess of +150 lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges.
We offer FREE shipping to any Zumiez store location!
For express shipping*, an additional charge will be added to the above shipping
rates. International orders will be billed at the rates above plus the actual
international shipping charges (will vary based on country and order size).
Please note that express shipping is not an option for orders shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, internationally or delivery to Zumiez locations. All rates are
in United States currency.
* Express shipments will be sent out within five (5) days of checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be reviewed and fulfilled at Zumiez.com's discretion.
International shipping will be billed at the regular Zumiez.com shipping &
handling rates PLUS the actual international freight charge billed by the
carrier. This additional charge will be added to your invoice and charged to
your credit card after Zumiez.com Customer Service has processed your order.
You will be contacted via email or phone for verification and approval before
your order is shipped. Please note that express shipping is not an option for
international orders.
All transactions will be billed in US currency. Additionally, international
orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees. The recipient is
responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please
contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted
items.
Some merchandise may not be available for international shipping. In the event
that we are unable to fulfill your international order due to restrictions from
a product's supplier, we will notify you via e-mail.
SALES TAX
Your final onscreen total includes all applicable state and local sales taxes.
Zumiez has stores in several states. We are required to charge state sales tax
on orders shipped to those states where we have stores. We do not charge state
sales tax on orders shipped to states where we do not have any stores.
Additionally, some states charge sales tax on shipping and handling, while
others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the
rules of each state, and the tax on your order reflects those rules.
No sales tax is charged on gift certificates. The appropriate sales tax will be
charged on the purchase when and where the gift certificate is redeemed.

GIFT CARDS
The Zumiez Gift Card is an electronic gift card program designed for our
customers to buy, redeem, recharge, or check balance on-line on or in any of
our Zumiez Retail Locations. The Zumiez Gift Card looks like a stylish credit
card that our customers will want to show off to their friends and store
proudly in their wallets! The Zumiez Gift Card allows the customer the freedom
of placing any dollar value (greater than $10.00) on the card, with each
purchase deducted from that amount. If the full value of the card is not
redeemed, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases.

Buy Stuff Use the Zumiez Gift Card to buy stuff on-line at zumiez.com (shop
on-line and select GIFT CARD option once you get to checkout) or at any Zumiez

Recharge/ Add money to Card:
Recharge your card by adding money to it on-line at zumiez.com (recharge
on-line by clicking the GIFT CARD button on the home page and select the
RECHARGE button) or at any Zumiez Location. You can recharge your card for any
amount greater than $10.00. Anyone can add money to your Zumiez Gift Card. All
they need is the CARD NUMBER (17 digit number on the front of the card) and the
corresponding CARD CODE NUMBER (4-digit number on the back of the card).
Check Balance:
Check your balance on-line at zumiez.com (click the GIFT CARD button on the
home page and select the check BALANCE button), or call our toll-free automated
balance inquiry line 1-(800)-892-9449.
Zumiez Gift Card Policies:
The Zumiez Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Balance remains on the card.
Treat as cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Zumiez Gift Cards do
not expire. However, if the card is not used for any 24-month period, Zumiez
Inc. will deduct a $1.50 monthly dormant fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return any
merchandise that you are not happy with. Items may be returned to any Zumiez
location or by mail to Zumiez.com. Of course, merchandise that has been washed,
worn, or used may not be returned.
Returning to Zumiez Retail Stores
You may return your online purchase at any Zumiez location. To find a store
near you, click here. You must bring your packing slip with you to exchange or
return merchandise. For a refund, you must also bring the credit card used for
the original purchase. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the
shipping date. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.
Returning to Zumiez.com

Circle the item(s) you are returning on the front side of the packing slip
enclosed with your order. Select the reason for the return from the list of
choices on the back of the packing slip.

You may receive an exact replacement of the item(s) ordered, a different size
of the exact item(s) ordered, or a refund on the credit card you used for
purchasing. Please indicate your preference on the back of the packing slip.
Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge, and sent to the
address on the front of the packing slip.

Enclose the completed packing list with the item you are returning. (It's a
good idea to make a copy for your records.) Package the item(s) securely (in
the original package if possible), and send back to Zumiez.com using the
preprinted shipping label on the front of the packing slip. For your
protection, ship via UPS or US Postal Service. Packages must be returned
prepaid. Please note that shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For
exchanges, we will gladly pay the shipping back to you. Also, individually
packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (e.g.
boots, shoes, sunglasses).

SIZE CHARTS
Many of the products offered at Zumiez.com are great for both men AND women,
even though they are sized specifically for men OR women by the manufacturers.
Additionally, all items are sized based on U.S. sizing standards. For size
charts and conversions, click here or click the "sizes" icon anywhere in the
Zumiez.com shops.
ASSORTED COLORS
While shopping on Zumiez.com you may come across an item listed as Assorted. We
list an item as Assorted (AS or AST) when we are unable to order a specific
color from our vendor(s). We feature the color that you are most likely to
receive. However, it is not guaranteed that you will receive the color
pictured.
Please note that due to inconsistencies of how monitors display colors, shades
will vary. We try to depict the color as accurately as possible by using web
safe colors.
