If you received your product wrinkled, contact your local distributor or wherever you purchased it. How you received your item has nothing to do with the product itself. It's Zumiez' fault if it was delivered to you. OBEY did not ship it to you. An item will not always stay in perfect condition while being thrown around in a box.
