Volcom is a surf, skate, and snow brand based in Costa Mesa, CA, founded by Richard "Wooly" Woolcott and Tucker "T-Dawg" Hall all the way back in 1991. Being boarders themselves, Wooly and T-Dawg wanted to create premium action-sports-oriented clothing and accessories.
