I tore through these gloves in less than an hour. The puck on the palm works fantastic. The fingers did not last at all. I would recommend gloves with puck protection on the fingers also

along with the other comment, i also tore through the fingers within an hour, and it gets very painful. I ended up wrapping all the fingertips in duct tape and they work just as well without the pain

not so good... :( my Zumies carries triple 8's and they have the center puck and a thumb puck also a 4fingered puck...all removable. look those up.

The tips of the fingers arent very durable, but the glove and the puck are sturdy. Attaching fingerpads from a cuttingboard would probably bring my rating up to 4 or 5 stars. The clerk who rang me up sugessted using a half hockey puck instead of plugging their own replacement

Not many materials are durable when being plowed into street surface (pucks being the exception). If you know you drag your fingers then yes, get gloves with finger pucks. I've used these gloves for 9 months now though; at this point they are being held together by duct tape. They lasted longer than expected, and I'm happy with them for what I paid. The stock pucks die fast though.

I used these maybe on 12 slides. I'm new to this and after the one time I took them out for a test run, the fingers were demolished, and you can actually see my actual fingers through the gloves. PLEASE get different and better gloves, because if a new longboarder, like me, buys these, they're not going to know how long they should last. The more this happens the less business you'll get.

These are great gloves. finger/thumb pucks are only to "training wheels" till you learn to keep your fingers up. You shouldn't have them down because a dip in the pavement or a pothole will give you a broken finger.

Every one who is hating on this glove needs to learn how to lift there fingers. that's why its ripping.

yea dont be hating if you are a true long boarder you would know you need to lift up your fingers when you slide

These gloves are awesome! light weight, comfortable, and the pucks work great! I see people commenting about the gloves tearing. There's a simple solution, Learn how to slide, keep your fingers off the ground!!!! or spend a little more for a leather glove with reinforced fingers like the boxer or Driver gloves.
