This quality of this bag is questionable. The bottom seam blew out in three weeks. Unfortunately, they would not exchange it or give us store credit, because we didn't keep our receipt from a little $20 item. We spent about $500 at Zumiez over the past year, but through poor quality and service it appears they do not want our return business. Goodbye Zumiez.
