How do I use my Zumiez.com Gift Card?

After you choose the perfect items to buy with your gift card, go ahead and begin the checkout process as you normally would. At Step 4, "Payment Information", you will click the circle next to “Use my Zumiez gift card” which will open up fields to enter your gift card number and 4 digit pin. You can verify the balance from this screen, or just choose “Apply Gift Card”. If your card covers the entire balance of your order, you will see a message telling you to continue through checkout. If additional payment is required you will see a message telling you how much has been applied to your order and you may click the circle next to your next payment type, Credit Card, PayPal, or an additional gift card.

When full payment has been applied, click “Continue” and review your order one final time before submitting.

What are the "rules" for Zumiez Gift Cards?
  • Zumiez Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. When redeemed at a Zumiez retail store, gift cards with a balance of $10 or less will be cashed out upon request.
  • A minimum of $10 must be placed on a gift card.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be canceled and replaced with a new gift card upon proof of purchase, as required by Zumiez, and in the amount of the balance remaining when canceled or replaced.
  • e-gift cards are generally received via email within hours, please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification.
  • Any purchase over $10 made with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card and not cash.
  • Only physical Zumiez gift cards are reloadable, e gift cards may not be reloaded.
  • Shipping charges apply to gift cards for tracking and insurance purposes.
  • You can combine multiple gift card balances together at Zumiez.com, a Zumiez store location or by contacting Zumiez Customer Care at 877-828-6929. Please have the gift card numbers and security codes available.
  • Gift cards are eligible for use in the country where they are purchased. i.e., Cards purchased in Canada may only be used in Zumiez Canada stores, and cards purchased online or in a U.S. store may only be used in the U.S. or online.

    How quickly will my e-gift card purchase be emailed to the recipient?

    e-gift cards are sent via email immediately upon completion of payment verification. In many cases, this will be within a few hours, and may take up to 24 hours. Please provide accurate billing contact information in order to facilitate the verification process.

     
     
    When will I be charged for an e gift card?

    When you purchase an e gift card payment is processed as soon as the order information is verified. If you have requested immediate delivery of the gift card an email will be sent within 2 hours of the order being verified.

    If you have requested delayed arrival of your e gift card, your payment will still be processed right away and the gift email will be sent to the recipient on the morning of the date requested.

     
     
    What if I lose my Zumiez gift card?

    Gift cards should be treated as cash and protected from loss or theft. Retaining the sales receipt and gift card number will help if the card is missing or damaged, please visit a Zumiez store or contact Customer Care with the information and we will do everything we can to replace the card. We can only replace the value remaining at the time the loss is reported and sales information is provided.
