    Shopping in advance? Gifts purchased after 11/1/2016 can be exchanged or returned through 1/15/2017, even if it is beyond our normal 30 day return policy. Items must still be unused and in original packaging, and the complete returns policy applies of course.

    We will credit your account for the exchanged item, including shipping paid on the new order (Economy or Standard shipping only), making sure to honor any discounts received on your original purchase.

    If you prefer to ship your item for exchange, be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible. Pack your exchange item and original invoice with clear instructions on the desired item and ship to the address above. Please complete the exchange as soon as possible for the best chance to receive the item you requested.

  • How do I ensure my order arrives on time for gift giving?

    Generally, orders placed by the shipping cut off dates listed in our shipping deadlines page will arrive to their destination by December 24. Free, Economy, and Standard shipping types are not guaranteed by our shipping carriers so if you have very important items you may want to consider Express shipping to ensure delivery.

    When available, choosing "Holiday Shipping" in checkout will automatically expedite your shipping method to ensure delivery by 12/24.

    This time of year we work incredibly hard to get everything out on time, however there are sometimes events out of our control (weather issues, mechanical failure in planes, trains, and trucks, etc.) that delay arrival. Customer Care will always do their very best to help in these situations.

    How do I choose the right ship type?

    • I love visiting my local Zumiez store: Choose Ship to Store
    • I need it tomorrow: Choose Next Day delivery
    • I need it in 2-3 days: Choose Express
    • I need it within 3-4 days: Choose Standard
    • I am not in a hurry to receive my order: Choose Economy or Free Shipping when available
    • I do not receive mail from USPS: Choose Standard shipping for guaranteed UPS Ground delivery
    • I do not receive UPS delivery: Ship your order to a PO Box for guaranteed USPS delivery
    • I live in a rural part of the country: Expect delivery at the later end of the range provided
    • I don’t want my package to be delivered to my house: Choose Ship to Store

    I bought the wrong thing! How do I exchange it?

    You can exchange Zumiez purchases at any Zumiez store, quickly and easily. Click HERE for a list of store locations.

    If you don’t have a store nearby, we suggest you use our Express Exchange option – order the correct item now, and send the incorrect item back for a refund. Click HERE for more information about Exchanges.

    How long do I have to return my holiday purchases?

    Holiday purchases may be returned any time prior to January 15, 2017.

    Will my order be shipped in one package?

    Zumiez.com orders are fulfilled from multiple locations in order to get your order to you as fast as possible, so your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost to you. Each shipment will be charged separately so you may see multiple smaller charges adding up to the total of your original order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email for each shipment.

    How do I track my order?

    You can track your order directly from the shipping confirmation email, or visit our Order Tracking page. Please remember it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear from the carrier.
