Can I order product from outside of the United States?
 

Zumiez.com is able to ship product to the following countries:

USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your address at this time, but please continue to check back as we are continuing to grow.

Credit cards issued from any country other than those listed above can not be accepted, regardless of the location of the shipping address.

NOTE: Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are U.S. territories and are not subject to international shipping policies.

 
What shipping carrier does Zumiez use for international orders?
 

International Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS International shipping types. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.

What are the policies for international shipping?
 

International Shipping Policies:

 
  • Orders outside the U.S. and Canada can only be shipped to the billing address that is on file with your financial institution (Billing and Shipping addresses must match).
  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased.
  • Zumiez cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our available shipping methods are UPS and USPS.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Selected product is not available to ship outside of the United States. Items we cannot ship internationally are Burton (Hardgoods), Anon, RED Helmets, Volcom, all Oakley Goggles and Oakley Sunglasses, all snowboards, boots and bindings except for Aperture and Alibi, Nixon Watches and Headphones. Orders of these products will be canceled in our system.
  • We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
  • If there are any discrepancies on an International Order, we will notify the customer. If we do not hear a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be canceled.
 
International Shipping Disclaimer

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Zumiez.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

At this time we do not offer Ship to Store service to Canada. Additionally, Zumiez.com orders must be returned to Zumiez.com and may not be returned to any Zumiez Canada location.

Any items ordered that we are unable to ship outside of the US will be canceled immediately.

Can I ship my order to a Zumiez store in Canada?

At this time we are unable to offer Ship to Store service in Canada.

I live in Canada, can I return my order to a Canadian Zumiez store?

Items purchased from Zumiez.com cannot be returned to a Zumiez store in Canada, and vice versa. Canadian in-store purchases must be returned in-store, and web purchases must be returned to Zumiez.com.

Will my international package have a tracking number?

Orders shipped with International Standard shipping may not have tracking numbers available for them, orders shipped via International Express will have tracking. For International Standard packages, delivery may take as long as 20-25 business days, as the time spent in customs is outside of our control and that of our shipping carrier.
