- All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. Store Locator
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
- All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
- After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
- If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact Customer Care.
- All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
- All merchandise purchased online with PayPal must be returned or exchanged directly to Zumiez.com, following the instructions below.
- All merchandise purchased in store must be returned to a store for exchange or return.
- Merchandise ordered from Zumiez.com from inside a store may be exchanged through Zumiez.com and must be returned to the store for a refund.
- Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.

- Purchases made in Canadian Zumiez locations may be returned to any Canadian Zumiez store, and cannot be returned to a U.S. store or Zumiez.com. Purchases made in U.S. stores or online may not be returned in Canadian stores.

- ATM/Debit & check refunds will receive cash.
- Credit card refunds will be credited on to the original credit card (credit card & cardholder must be present).
- Gift card refunds greater than $10.00 will receive a gift card credit.
The fastest and easiest way to return or exchange is to bring the item and your purchase invoice into your local Zumiez store. If that isn’t convenient, you’re welcome to mail the item back to Zumiez.com.If you’d like to ship your order back to Zumiez.com, please fill out the information below on the back of your invoice:
