What is the Zumiez.com Return Policy?
All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. Store Locator
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact Customer Care.
All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
All merchandise purchased online with PayPal must be returned or exchanged directly to Zumiez.com, following the instructions below.
Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.

Purchases made in Canadian Zumiez locations may be returned to any Canadian Zumiez store, and cannot be returned to a U.S. store or Zumiez.com. Purchases made in U.S. stores or online may not be returned in Canadian stores.
How are refunds given in the Zumiez store?
Refunds will be received in the original form of payment.
ATM/Debit & check refunds will receive cash.
Credit card refunds will be credited on to the original credit card (credit card & cardholder must be present).
Gift card refunds greater than $10.00 will receive a gift card credit.
How do I return or exchange something that I purchased from Zumiez.com?
The fastest and easiest way to return or exchange is to bring the item and your purchase invoice into your local Zumiez store. If that isn’t convenient, you’re welcome to mail the item back to Zumiez.com.If you’d like to ship your order back to Zumiez.com, please fill out the information below on the back of your invoice:

On the back of the confirmation select the reason for return or exchange or return

Enclose the completed Invoice with the items you are returning. Send back to Zumiez.com using the preprinted shipping label on the other side of the Confirmation Form

Once we receive your item(s) we will process your request for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.

I live in Canada, can I return my order to a Canadian Zumiez store?
At this time, items purchased from Zumiez.com cannot be returned to a Zumiez store in Canada, and vice versa. Canadian in-store purchases must be returned in-store, and web purchases must be returned to Zumiez.com.
