At the top of every Zumiez.com page you will view 7 different shops to select from: Men's, Women's, Youth, Skate, Snow, Shoes, and Accessories. Once you have selected a shop, product categories will be available on the left side of the page, with featured products and promotions showing to the right.

Already know what you want? Use the search box, located at the top right side of Zumiez.com. Simply type in key word(s) such as the brand name or name of product, then select <Search> and the related products will be displayed. From there, you have the option to sort the results by size, color, price, category and brand.

In addition to the products on Zumiez.com, each of the over 400 Zumiez store locations offer a wide variety of products to fit your active lifestyle. Helpful sales associates will be more than happy to help you find the perfect look.

Order Online: Ordering from Zumiez.com is an easy and quick way to shop 24 hours a day. While browsing our Zumiez.com online store you can add item(s) to your shopping bag by clicking on <Add to Bag>. You can easily edit quantities and colors in your shopping bag, located in the top right corner. When you are finished, click on the <Checkout> button and you will be easily guided though the rest of the Zumiez.com secure checkout process.

How do I make changes to an order after it is placed?

Once an order is placed it is often sent to the warehouse for fulfillment within minutes, so changes generally not possible. Please make sure to check important information like sizes and addresses carefully. You may call Customer Care during business hours at 877-828-6929 if your order was just placed and we will do what we can to help.

What does it mean if the color is listed as "Assorted"?

If a product's color is listed as "assorted", it means the item is available in a variety of colors and that the item shipped will depend on what is available. We are unable to honor requests for specific colors of these items.

 
 
What are my payment options?

Zumiez.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, JCB and Zumiez Gift Cards.

 
 
When will my card be charged for the purchase?

Credit and Debit cards are charged when your order ships from the warehouse, so if an item is out of stock or cannot ship for any reason, you will never be charged for that item.

NOTE about Authorizations: At the point of purchase, an electronic authorization is sent to your financial institution requesting to verify that the full amount of the purchase is available for use. At this time, many institutions will place a "hold" or "authorization" on your funds. These holds are automatic and generally remain on the account for 3-5 business days, depending on the institution. When an order is canceled the authorization is not automatically removed from your account, however it will expire after the set time frame. Occasionally you may see duplicate authorizations if <Submit> is clicked more than one time in the order process. We always catch these duplicate orders so they are only be shipped and charged one time.

Gift Card purchases are charged when the order is submitted.

 
 
What if my item is unavailable?

Zumiez.com is a FAST moving place! Sometimes the website isn't fast enough to catch when an item has been sold out. If this happens to a product you order, we will ship the rest of your order and contact you about the out of stock item. You will never be charged for product we don't ship.

 
 
When will my order ship?

In most cases, orders placed before 3pm PST, Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3pm PST should be shipped the next business day. All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay shipment of your order. Shipping time varies by location and shipping type, see SHIPPING for more information.

Just sign into your Zumiez.com account! You can see if your order is processing or has been shipped, and get a tracking number for most shipping options. Just select <My Orders> located in "My Account" view.

Tracking information will be available for each order placed as long as it is available from the carrier. The tracking says my package was delivered, but I don't have my order. What do I do?

Please contact Zumiez.com Customer Care at 877-828-6929, 7am to 6pm PST Monday through Friday. We will be more than happy to work with UPS and USPS to locate your package.

 
 
How do I know my order is ready for pick up at a store location?

Take advantage of Free Shipping! If you have your Zumiez.com order shipped to one of our store locations you will not be charged for shipping. Once your order has been delivered to the selected store, you will be contacted via email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery to our Zumiez store. Alaska and Hawaii residents please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
