    How does The Zumiez Stash work?

    The Zumiez Stash is free to join! Get points for shopping online or at any Zumiez store, connecting and sharing with Zumiez on Twitter or Facebook, checking into Zumiez stores and events! You can redeem your points for exclusive merchandise and one-of-a-kind experiences from your favorite brands.

    View the Get Points tab for information on how to start getting points now! Make sure you complete the "Add Your Phone Number" activity as that will be your member ID within The Zumiez Stash and will provide you with the fastest way to get points when you make a purchase at any Zumiez store.

    *Purchases made in Zumiez Canada store locations are not eligible for points at this time.

     
     
    Why should I add my phone number?

    Your phone number acts as your member ID within The Zumiez Stash. It's also the fastest way to get points when you make a purchase at any participating Zumiez store. Give your phone number at the register at the time of your purchase and the points from your transaction will be added to your pending points balance after 72 hours.

    Click here My Info to add your phone number to The Zumiez Stash. Remember, if you change your number or mobile carrier, you must update it within The Zumiez Stash to keep your accounts linked.

     
     
    What's the difference between Lifetime vs Redeemable Points?

    Your Lifetime Points are the number of points you have acquired since you became a member of The Zumiez Stash. This number will never decrease and is the measure of Rank and Level.
    Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards. This number increases or decreases as you get points and redeem rewards.
    To view your total Lifetime and current Redeemable points, check out your My Points page, or expand the module under your name on the right hand side of the page.

     
     
    What are pending points?

    The points you earn from making a purchase in-store or online will first post to your account as pending but will become redeemable 30 days after the purchase date. While your points are pending, they will not be added to your Lifetime and Redeemable points balance. After 30 days, the points will clear and you'll be able to use them toward redeeming a reward!

    *Note: You have 90 days from the date of your purchase to claim your receipt and receive points.Pending points only apply to purchases. Points earned from all other activities will instantly be added to your account. To keep track of your points, view My Points.

     
     
    How do I redeem my points for a reward?

    View exclusive rewards and one-of-a kind experiences under the Get Rewards tab. The number of points needed to redeem a reward will be under each item. When you have enough points to redeem a reward, click the 'Redeem Now' button located on the product page and follow the checkout instructions within the Rewards Bag. Your points will be deducted from your account and you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will ship 2-4 days after the transaction is completed.

     
     
    Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?

    No, you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of the account(s).

     
     
    Can I return my reward?

    You cannot return redeemed rewards. Please make sure to double check your order before you check out of The Zumiez Stash! If your reward arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please email customer service.

     
     
    What do I do if I suspect someone of "cheating" or trying to "game" the program?

    Progress is closely monitored and suspicious activity is easily detected; cheating or gaming will not be tolerated. Beating the system by creating a workaround, writing a script or creating multiple accounts to get points for friend referrals is NOT allowed. In order to ensure a fun and fair experience for everyone, any accounts suspected of cheating will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of the account(s).

     
     
    Can Resellers Get Points and Rewards?

    No, you may not get points or redeem rewards if you are a reseller of merchandise initially acquired either at a Zumiez store or online at Zumiez.com. We reserve the right to review accounts from time to time and if we suspect that an account holder is acting as a reseller of our merchandise then the points acquired in such account will be forfeited. In such a case we also reserve the right to suspend of termination such account(s).

    Do I have to pay for shipping if I redeem a reward?

    No, Zumiez will cover the cost to ship your reward, even if you live outside the USA!

     
     
    I've already connected my Social Networking accounts. How do I start getting points?

    When your social networking accounts are successfully synced, you can get points for liking and following Zumiez and sharing content on Facebook and Twitter! For every month you continue to like or follow Zumiez you will get points! These will be credited to your account as 'Monthly Fanship/Followship'. View the Get Points tab to learn more.

     
     
    How can I connect (or disconnect) my rewards account to my Social Networks?

    To get points for activities on social networks, you'll need to sync your Zumiez Stash account. View the Account Profile tab to connect to available social networks.

    If you want to disconnect your social networking accounts from your Zumiez Stash account, click the 'Disconnect' link under 'My Info' where you synced your accounts.

     
     
    Twitter: How do I get points for Twitter Retweets?

    Once your Twitter account is synced, retweet an original Zumiez status from your computer or mobile device and get points! Because your Twitter account is synced to your Zumiez Stash account, you do not have to login before you retweet. You will NOT get points for retweeting a status that was published prior to the date you signed up for The Zumiez Stash and synced your account. You also can not get points for retweeting a Zumiez reply - it must be an original post.

    You can only retweet up to twice a day to get points.

     
     
    Twitter: How come my Twitter activity points aren't registering?

    At this time, you cannot get points for any Twitter retweets if your Twitter account is private. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If your account is public and you're still not getting points, please make sure you are connected to Twitter and following Zumiez.

     
     
    Foursquare: What does the "Check-In via Foursquare" activity mean?

    When events are listed on the Get Points page under the 'Check In and Get Points' module, you will get points for attending and checking in via Foursquare. Sign up for Insider Info and The Zumiez Stash email updates to be the first to know about upcoming events. You will get points for checking into any U.S. Zumiez store locations via Foursquare, make sure you are connected. View the Foursquare module under the Activities tab for a list of eligible events and stores.

    At this time, we can not award points for check-in's on Facebook Places.

     
     
    How do I get points for sharing on Facebook and Twitter?

    Share Zumiez content by using the Facebook and Twitter icon buttons featured on product pages and throughout the Zumiez.com website.

    You can not get points for sharing on Google+ at this time.

     
     
    How do I start getting points?

    Check out the Activity page and see how you can get points for the things you already do everyday!

    Visit www.zumiez.com to rate, tag and comment on your favorite products for points. You can also get points by emailing product to a friend, emailing your wishlist or sharing it on Facebook or Twitter using the icon buttons!

     
     
    Why should I sign up for email updates?

    Sign up for Zumiez Insider Info and The Zumiez Stash email updates to be the first to know about upcoming events and exclusive products, plus shop rewards only available in The Zumiez Stash. You will get points for reading The Zumiez Stash and Insider Info emails as well as clicking on one link located within each email.

    If you didn't sign up for the Zumiez Stash email updates when you first joined, go to Account Settings and switch the notification preference to 'On'. To sign up for Insider Info email updates, click on activity icon on the Activities tab.

     
     
    I signed up for The Zumiez Stash and/or Insider Info email but am not getting points for reading my emails.

    If you're not getting points for reading The Zumiez Stash or Insider Info email updates, make sure you are downloading the images displayed within the emails, otherwise you will NOT get points.

    Why aren't I receiving points for the total amount of my purchase?

    Even though you're required to provide the total amount of your purchase when you claim points, you will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase. The subtotal does not include any tax or shipping costs.

    If you purchased a gift card, please subtract that amount from the total amount you enter when claiming a receipt. Points are not awarded for gift card purchases.

     
     
    Why haven't my purchase points been added to my Lifetime or Redeemable points?

    Points for your purchase will be pending for 30 days after the purchase date. You will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase, minus tax and/or shipping. Once these points clear, they will be added to your Lifetime and Redeemable points total. To track your points, go to My Points.

    If you purchased a gift card, please subtract that amount from the total amount you enter when claiming a receipt. Points are not awarded for gift card purchases.

     
     
    Is it possible for me to lose points?

    Sometimes Facebook or Twitter experiences minor data outages that causes our system to reset. In this case, you may lose points in The Zumiez Stash for connecting to these social networks as well as liking or following Zumiez or Zumiez Couch Tour. Once the outage has been repaired, you may need to re-connect and re-like or follow to get your points back. You will not lose points for retweets.

    Points for other activities cannot be lost. If you're not getting points, please review the rules listed on each activity icon on the Activity page.

    Pending points will be adjusted if you return or exchange an item to make sure you get all points from purchases made.

     
     
    How do I get points for my in-store purchases?

    If you already added your phone number to your Zumiez Stash account, simply give your phone number at the register at any participating Zumiez store at the time of your purchase. Points from your purchase will be added to your pending points balance within 72 hours.

    You can also claim your in-store purchase points online, so hold on to your receipt! Go to the Enter Receipts page and type in the Store Number, Date of Purchase, Receipt Number and Total Purchase Amount. Points claimed online will be instantly added to your pending points balance. Points are not given on gift card purchases; please subtract this amount from your receipt total when claiming your receipt online.

    You will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase. The subtotal does not include any tax or shipping costs. You can keep track of your pending points by visiting the My Points page.

Enter the Shipping Number and Total Purchase Amount listed on the invoice slip included in your package. Receipts claimed within 30 days of your purchase will be added to your pending points balance until 30 days after the purchase date. If you are claiming a receipt older than 30 days, the points will be added to your redeemable points balance. You will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase. The subtotal does not include any tax or shipping costs.

    I made an online purchase in-store, how do I claim my points?

    You can claim points for an online purchase made in a Zumiez store 72 hours after it ships. All you need is the Shipping Number listed on the invoice slip in your package. Go to the Enter Receipts page, click on the Online Store Receipt tab and enter your Shipping Number and Total Purchase Amount.

    You have up to 90 days to claim points for your purchase. Points claimed online will be added to your pending points balance for 30 days after the date of your purchase. After 30 days, these points will become redeemable. You will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase. The subtotal does not include any tax or shipping costs. You can keep track of your pending points by visiting the My Points page.

    Please note that if you make an in-store purchase as well as an online purchase in-store, you must claim points for these separately.

     
     
    Can I get points for purchasing a gift card?

    You won't get points for purchasing a gift card, but you will get points for your purchase when you redeem a gift card.

     
     
    Can I use my Stash points to buy stuff on Zumiez.com?

    Points in The Zumiez Stash cannot be used to buy product on Zumiez.com, but do get you access to product you can't buy! View Get Rewards to see all the exclusive rewards you can redeem with your Zumiez Stash points.
