How do I ensure my order arrives on time for gift giving?

Generally, orders placed by the shipping cut off dates on this page will arrive to their destination by December 24. Free, Economy, and Standard shipping types are not guaranteed by our shipping carriers so if you have very important items you may want to consider Express shipping to ensure delivery.

This time of year we work incredibly hard to get everything out on time, however there are sometimes events out of our control (weather issues, mechanical failure in planes, trains, and trucks, etc.) that delay arrival. Customer Care will always do their very best to help in these situations.

How long do I have to return my holiday purchases?

Holiday purchases may be returned any time prior to January 31, 2014.

Will my order be shipped in one package? orders are fulfilled from multiple locations so occasionally your order will be shipped in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. Each shipment will be charged separately so you may see multiple smaller charges adding up to the total of your original order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email for each shipment.
