Famous for his switch flips and laid back demeanor Stefan Janoski has built a reputation off of his seemingly effortless style and respected skills. Sponsored by big names such as Nike SB, Habitat, Venture, Analog and more, Stefan Janoski is a true original, with his own line of Habitat skateboard decks and a signature series Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski shoes.

Stefan Janoski is from Vacaville, CA, or as he likes to call Cowville, USA and was born in 1979. Stefan took up skateboarding in the year of 1992 at the age of 13. Moving to Sacramento, CA he gained the attention of many with clean execution of tricks and a flawless style; Stefan Janoski went professional in 2003. In 2007 Stefan Janoski won the Tampa Pro skate contest, though generally not one for competitions he skates out of pure passion and love for the sport. Stefan Janoski currently lives in two cities, Sacramento, California and Brooklyn, New York. When he is not skateboarding his hobbies include art and painting; he enjoys creating things that he and others have never seen before, and he brings his artistic eye and knack for creation to the designs of his Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski shoes and Habitat skateboard decks.

As the second professional Nike skateboarder to be given a signature shoe, Stefan Janoski had something very specific in mind for the creation of his Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski skate shoes. He wanted the shoe to have minimal bulk and padding while protecting the rider’s feet when skateboarding. The Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski shoes features a patch personalized by Stefan Janoski himself. Paying homage to his hometown the patch on the tongue of the Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski shoes is a representation of Vacaville, Nike SB, skateboarding and of course Stefan Janoski. Along with a fresh line of kicks Stefan Janoski also has a signature line of skateboard decks from Habitat such as the Habitat Janoski Reptilian skateboard deck and the Habitat Janoski Raptor that feature graphics personalized by Stefan.

Whether he is painting his newest masterpiece, or shredding up the nearest skate spot making switch tricks look easy, Stefan Janoski is an artist among skateboarders.
