A good boot especially for beginners but if you have the extra cash, get boa lacing. You have make sure these are really tight in order to have control. The boa lacing is much faster and less of a pain. dont get me wrong, these boots do everything I needed them and save me money since I had to buy everything at once but you just have make sure you get them as tight as possible. When i get to the mountain, I want to strap up and start shredding ASAP
