Reminiscent of his ninth album, Lil Wayne and Supra Footwear collaborated for the first release of Weezy's capsule collection with the Stevie Williams S1W President Carter IV shoe. A mid top silhouette with a "Red Nation" pigskin suede and full grain leather upper atop a clean white midsole with cupsole construction, the Carter IV features double stitching, gills at the sidewall, perforated and padded ankle, and a combination lacing system with contrasting white eyelets and red laces. "President" and "Carter IV" are printed on the all red right and left insoles and the Stevie Williams signature label can be found adorned on the tongue.
