THE SKULLCANDY WARRANTY POLICY


Skullcandy stands behind the quality of their products and their warranty. The Skullcandy lifetime warranty is for the lifetime of the product, not the customer, and that lifetime term is decided at the sole discretion of the Skullcandy Customer Service team. Skullcandy provides its customers with two warranty options that will enable you to receive a new set of headphones or a discounted new pair.

WARRANTY OPTIONS

First read below to determine your options.

Aggressive Listening Discount: If your headphones broke because of a crazy crash on the mountain, a violent head-banging session, or any other reason that is not classified as a product defect - we have your back! We will hook you up with 50% of the retail value in the form of a coupon code.

Defective Product Replacement: The item broke for no good reason, aka a manufacturing defect. Tell us what happened and we will set you up with 100% of the retail value in the form of a coupon code. Manufacturing defects generally appear within the first year of ownership.

*Note: You will need a RA Number prior to sending your headphones back to Skullcandy.

Once your claim is complete, Skullcandy will send you an email containing your coupon code and instructions on how to use it (codes are only valid on skullcandy.com). Warranty Coupon Codes are only valid for the purchase of qualifying Skullcandy products. Please note: they do not offer monetary reimbursement for warranties. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your warranty to be processed.
