THE G-SHOCK WARRANTY POLICY
G-Shock stands behind the quality of their products and offers an International Warranty for defects of quality, excluding consumables or articles with limited resistance such as the case, glass, battery or band. The G-Shock International Warranty is good for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from an authorized G-Shock dealer. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, they will repair the product with a CASIO replacement or reconditioned parts, or replace it with the same or similar replacement or reconditioned model within a reasonable time period.
The customer will NOT have any claim under the warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:
Improper, rough or careless treatment caused the problem and or defect
A fire or other natural calamity caused the problem and or defect
Improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO Service Center caused the problem and or defect
The case, glass, battery or band is worn or damaged
The proof of purchase is not present when service is requested
The one (1) year warranty period has expired
Take or send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase to a member of the CASIO International Warranty Network or the store where purchased.
There will be no charge for parts or labor under a valid warranty.
*Note: It is recommended when shipping the product to a Service Center that you package the product securely and send it insured with a return receipt requested to prevent the any damage or loss to your product.
