    Looking for a product exchange? We often sell out fast. The best method to ensure you receive exactly what you want is to order the new item now through Zumiez.com and let us worry about the exchange afterwards!

    After ordering your new item, follow the steps below and we will credit your account for the exchanged item, including shipping paid on the new order (Economy or Standard shipping only), making sure to honor any discounts received on your original purchase. You may also have us process the entire exchange for you by writing in the desired item on our exchange form (below), however be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible.

    All signs point to hectic holiday shipping this year, and we don’t want you to miss out on getting your stuff in time. Get it EARLY by SHOPPING NOW. Grab those items now by buying here online and then heading to your store to pick it up. We’d love to see you and get you hooked up with everything on your list. However, we always have many ways to shop so you can have it your way!

    Free, Economy, and Standard shipping types are not guaranteed by our shipping carriers so if you have very important items you may want to consider Express shipping to ensure delivery.

    When available, choosing "Holiday Shipping" in checkout will automatically expedite your shipping method to ensure delivery by 12/24.

    This time of year we work incredibly hard to get everything out on time, however there are sometimes events out of our control (weather issues, shipping capacity overload, mechanical failure in planes, trains, and trucks, etc.) that delay arrival.     • I need it the next business day, when ordered by 1pm local time Choose Next Day delivery
    • I need it in 2-4 days: Choose Express
    • I need it within 3-6 days: Choose Standard
    • I need it within 5-11 days: Choose Economy or Free Shipping when available
    • I do not receive mail from USPS: Choose Standard shipping for guaranteed UPS Ground delivery
    • I do not receive UPS delivery: Ship your order to a PO Box for guaranteed USPS delivery
    • I live in a rural part of the country: Expect delivery at the later end of the range provided
    • I don’t want my package to be delivered to my house: Choose Pick Up in Store
    When will my order ship?

    Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Free and Economy shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 30 days.

    All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

    Transit time is always measured in business days, and does not include the day of shipment. On the day we ship your order, it will leave our facility in the evening to be sorted by the carrier, and transit time will start the next business day.

    Where transit time is quoted as a range, time depends on the delivery locations distance from the location it is shipped from. Your tracking link should be updated with an estimated delivery date 24-48 hours after you receive notification of shipment.

    My tracking information says my package was delivered, but I don’t have it. What do I do?

    It’s fairly common for a package delivered by the USPS to be marked delivered 1-2 business days before it actually arrives at its location. Also, remember to check with family members, neighbors, and apartment managers. If you still don’t have your package, please contact Customer Care at 1-877-828-6929 and we will be happy to help!

    I bought the wrong thing! How do I exchange it?

    You can exchange Zumiez purchases at any Zumiez store, quickly and easily. Click HERE for a list of store locations.

    If you don’t have a store nearby, we suggest you use our Express Exchange option – order the correct item now, and send the incorrect item back for a refund. Click HERE for more information about Exchanges.

    How long do I have to return my holiday purchases?

    Holiday purchases made between October 31, 2020 through December 24, 2020 may be returned any time prior to January 31, 2021.

    Will my order be shipped in one package?

    Zumiez.com orders are fulfilled from multiple locations in order to get your order to you as fast as possible, so your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost to you. Each shipment will be charged separately so you may see multiple smaller charges adding up to the total of your original order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email for each shipment.

    How do I track my order?

    You can track your order directly from the shipping confirmation email, or visit our Order Tracking page. Please remember it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear from the carrier.

    All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).

    After 30 Days:

    • All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
    • All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.

    After 90 Days:

    • After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.

    No Receipt:

    • Any returns without a receipt or proof of purchase may be refused or a gift certificate can be issued for current retail or lowest promotional price.

    NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS:

    • Clearance items may be customer returns, discontinued inventory, not include original packaging or not be in its originally manufactured condition including being shop worn or have minor blemishes, stains, or small holes. In some instances, these items are repackaged by Zumiez. In all instances, all sales are final on clearance items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Ways to Receive Your Refund:

    • All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Check below for specific circumstances:
    • ATM AND DEBIT CARD purchases may receive cash refunds in-store only.
    • CREDIT CARD refunds may only be credited to the original credit card. If the original credit card is not an option, a gift card will be provided.
    • PAYPAL purchases returned in-store can only be refunded by gift card, for a refund to your PayPal account please mail in your order.
    • GIFT CARD refunds greater than $10 can only be refunded by gift card.
    • IN STORE PURCHASES mailed to the returns center can only be refunded by gift card, if you would like credit in the original form of payment please bring your return to a Zumiez store.
