Looking for a product exchange? We often sell out fast. The best method to ensure you receive exactly what you want is to order the new item now through Zumiez.com and let us worry about the exchange afterwards!

After ordering your new item, follow the steps below and we will credit your account for the exchanged item, including shipping paid on the new order (Economy or Standard shipping only), making sure to honor any discounts received on your original purchase. You may also have us process the entire exchange for you by writing in the desired item on our exchange form (below), however be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible.

Zumiez Return Policy

Return deadline for Holiday purchases:January 31, 2023

Make sure to sign up for The Zumiez Stash with a valid phone number when purchasing. If you're signed up, we hold on to all your receipts digitally, so there's no worries about finding them after the Holiday season.

All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).

If purchased AFTER January 1, 2023:

After 30 Days from date of purchase::

  • Gift card credit for the full purchase price on the receipt.

All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.


After 90 Days from date of purchase:

  • Gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.

No Receipt:

  • Any returns without a receipt or proof of purchase may be refused, or a gift certificate can be issued for current retail or lowest promotional price.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS (Items with price ending in 0.97 or 0.98):

  • All sales are final on clearance items and they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Ways to Receive Your Refund:

  • All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Check below for specific circumstances:
  • ATM AND DEBIT CARD purchases may receive cash refunds in-store only.
  • CREDIT CARD refunds may only be credited to the original credit card. If the original credit card is not an option, a gift card will be provided.
  • PAYPAL purchases returned in-store can only be refunded by gift card, for a refund to your PayPal account please mail in your order.
  • GIFT CARD refunds greater than $10 can only be refunded by gift card.
  • IN STORE PURCHASES mailed to the returns center can only be refunded by gift card, if you would like credit in the original form of payment please bring your return to a Zumiez store.

Casio

THIS WARRANTY CARD IS VALID ONLY FOR SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE. This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("warranty period"). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using CASIO reconditioned replacement parts or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable period of time. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to a CASIO Service Center or the store where purchased. There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

  1. The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
  2. The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
  3. The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO service center;
  4. The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
  5. The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or
  6. The warranty period has expired.

NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURACY OR MATHEMATICAL INACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF STORED DATA. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION BY A PARTY OF LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THAT PARTY'S NEGLIGENCE. SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS SHALL NOT IN SUCH CASES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Dakine

Dakine products that are suspected to have a manufacturers defect can be brought to any Zumiez store in the country in which they were purchased for evaluation. Please see the text of the warranty below:

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Dakine offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Dakine will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Limited Lifetime Warranty covenants which exclude normal wear. Claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate claims thereunder.

Nixon

Nixon offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from an authorized Nixon dealer. Please register your watch with Nixon and retain your original purchase receipt. Repairs and Replacements under the Nixon warranty are arranged with Nixon.

Skullcandy

Skullcandy provides a manufacturer's 2 year limited warranty against defects for all of its Products with the exception of power banks which has a 1-year limited warranty, and soft goods which may be eligible for an exchange, refund, or coupon code within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If a Product was purchased from the Skullcandy website or a Skullcandy authorized seller and, at the time of purchase, contained a manufacturing defect or had been damaged by improper care prior to the time of purchase, then Skullcandy in its sole discretion, will (i) repair, (ii) replace, or (iii) provide a Warranty Credit for the Product for use on the Skullcandy online store. The amount of the Warranty Credit shall be equal to the purchase price of the Product, but in no event shall the amount exceed Skullcandy’s manufacturer suggested retail price (“MSRP”). Skullcandy reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a defect that is covered by the warranty. All Warranty Credits may be used toward the purchase of any Skullcandy Product available on the Skullcandy online store. Note that Skullcandy regularly changes the models, colorways, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any Product. SKULLCANDY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some U.S. States and international countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Please note that because Skullcandy is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, Skullcandy’s warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Skullcandy’s warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers that are subject to Skullcandy’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.

All warranty claims must be processed through the Skullcandy website. Your warranty claim is under the sole discretion of Skullcandy and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty claim to become void.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend getting a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping your package.
  • A warranty claim must be submitted for each Product that is being sent in. If you are sending in more than three Products for warranty claims, please contact us at help@skullcandy.com for special instructions (proof of purchase may be required.) Failure to do so can result in the voiding of any warranty claim over our limit of three and may prohibit future warranty claims.
  • The Product you send to us becomes the possession of Skullcandy and will not be returned to you. For all discontinued/limited edition items or special requests, please contact us at help@skullcandy.com before returning your headphones.
  • Product that you have had customized, whether by Skullcandy or another party, can be warrantied for a non-customized version of the product or a coupon code for equal value.

Once your claim is complete, Skullcandy will send you an email containing your coupon code and instructions on how to use it (codes are only valid on skullcandy.com). Warranty Coupon Codes are only valid for the purchase of qualifying Skullcandy products. Please note: they do not offer monetary reimbursement for warranties. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your warranty to be processed.
