To claim a purchase made online, use your Stash phone number when you check out on the website. If you did not claim the points at the time of purchase:
- Wait for your package to arrive in the mail (you cannot claim your points before this time)
- Visit The Zumiez Stash or open the Zumiez App
- Click “Activities”
- Scroll to the bottom and click “enter receipts”
- Under “Enter an Online Receipt”: enter the Shipping Order number, and total price, and date of purchase from the invoice packed with your order.”
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will enter each invoice separately.
