What is The Zumiez Stash?
The Stash allows you to earn points for exclusive merchandise and experiences for shopping and engaging with us. While you won't have a physical rewards card in your wallet you can can download the app to manage and spend your reward points.

What can I use Stash points for?The Stash can help you earn access to:
- One-of-a-kind Rewards from your favorite Athletes, Artists, and Musicians
- Limited Edition merchandise from all your favorite brands
- Once-in-a-lifetime experiences with your favorite brands and their ambassadors

How do I sign up?Sign up at The Stash Sign Up or any Zumiez store. Make sure to add your phone number so that every purchase you make is automatically logged.

Claiming In-Store Purchases
To claim a purchase made in a Zumiez store, provide your Stash phone number to the store employee ringing up your purchase. If points were not claimed in the store at the time of purchase:
- Visit The Zumiez Stash or open the Zumiez App
- Click “Activities”
- Scroll to the bottom and click “enter receipts”
- Under “Enter an In Store Receipt: enter the following information, which is found on your purchase receipt:
- Receipt Number (Invoice # at the top right of your receipt)
- Total Price
- Date of Purchase
- Store # (Very top of receipt)
Claiming Online PurchasesTo claim a purchase made online, use your Stash phone number when you check out on the website. If you did not claim the points at the time of purchase:
- Wait for your package to arrive in the mail (you cannot claim your points before this time)
- Visit The Zumiez Stash or open the Zumiez App
- Click “Activities”
- Scroll to the bottom and click “enter receipts”
- Under “Enter an Online Receipt”: enter the Shipping Order number, and total price, and date of purchase from the invoice packed with your order.”
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will enter each invoice separately.
