Please note that the closing of our stores means that Buy Online Pick up in Store, Pay in Store and Return to Store options are currently unavailable. If you have ordered a product to ship to one of our stores, please contact Customer Service.
Getting your stuff
Under the circumstances, there may be some delays in delivery. In areas with quarantine status we cannot guarantee delivery right now - contact us if you’re unsure if this applies to you.
For specific delivery information:
- You can see the status of your order at any time in your customer account or under track my order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can track your order to see estimated delivery dates and any updates from the carrier.
- Use our carrier websites to find out about their current delivery restrictions in your area.
We have extended our return period: You can now return orders within 30 days after your local store reopens.
