Brandon Biebel is no household name.
Brandon Biebel displays complete balance and control in everything he does, be it manuals or flip tricks. Most well known for his distinguished roles in skateboarding cinema such as Girl Skateboard and Chocolate’s “Pretty Sweet” and Lakai Footwear’s “Fully Flared”, Brandon Biebel is also sponsored by names like Girl Skateboards, Lakai Footwear, Diamond Supply Co., Red Bull and more as well as features his own signature line of Girl skateboard decks and Lakai skate shoes.
Born in 1981 from Sacramento, California, Brandon Biebel got his start in skateboarding when he was 12 years old. In 2002 Brandon Biebel turned pro for Girl Skateboards and in the following year was featured in their film “Yeah Right”. Brandon Biebel has also been featured in an array of memorable roles including Lakai Footwear’s “Fully Flared” and his most recent role in Girl Skateboard and Chocolate’s “Pretty Sweet”. For the making of “Pretty Sweet” Brandon Biebel and the Girl Skateboard and Chocolate team traveled all around the US and China to film. Along with notable video parts Brandon Biebel has his own pro line of signature Lakai Brandon Biebel BB3 skate shoes and has released over 100 different pro model designs of Girl skateboard decks. Brandon Biebel is the only
professional skateboarder to ever be issued a Sacramento Kings NBA jersey.
In 2010 Brandon Biebel teamed up with fellow professional skaters and friends to create a private skate park and training facility in downtown Los Angeles. The former warehouse was transformed into a fully skate-able indoor park complete with a variety of features including two sets of stairs, ledges, bowls, and more. In the same year the private indoor skate park was opened, Brandon Biebel was selected as one of the 24 professionals to compete in the first ever Street League. In his first year at Street League he skated all three of the stops and placed 18th overall. In the 2011 season of Street League Brandon Biebel sustained an injury and was not able to compete.
Seasoned veteran Brandon Biebel is one of the core street skateboarders and has landed some noteworthy roles in skateboarding cinema and invites to compete at Street League. Representing sponsors like Girl Skateboards, Lakia Footwear, Diamond Supply and more Brandon Biebel also has released a series of signature skateboard decks and shoes. Brand Biebel's undeniable talent on a skateboard has taken him across the world as he continues to push the sport as we know it today.
