Zumiez: "Do you think coming from the East Coast gives you a different perspective than people from the West Coast?"

"Where I'm from the snow sucks, and the mountains aren't that great so when you get to go ride its just fun no matter what so I think my mentality is just get after it when you can and have fun no matter what. It's all good. You can't have a crappy day if you're out snowboarding with your friends."

Pat Moore: "It would probably be a lot harder for me to deal with everything pretty much. Just for me to be able to be near friends and family, and just like being near where I grew up skating it just keeps it more fun. It keeps me with a good perspective on things. I probably wouldn't be as happy if I was living out here."

Zumiez: "What are your three favorite tricks of all time?"

Pat Moore: "Top three favorite tricks would be Method, Frontside Three, and probably Switch Back 10 Double Cork. Just the way you dip on the last 5 feels pretty rad."

Zumiez: "How has the web changed snowboard filming?"

Pat Moore: "I think progression in snowboarding is now happening quicker. And in other things, you film something and that day it can be online. Everyone can see it. You're not waiting an entire year to see all the footage that you filmed and all the new tricks that have gotten done."

Zumiez: "Do you have your sights set on anything specific this winter? Places to rider, riders to ride with, or any new tricks?"

Pat Moore: "I think just what I'm looking forward to this year is getting out in Alaska again, I got a little taste of the back country this year and I'd love to get up there and spend some time in the heli with John Jackson and Travis (Rice) and see if I can survive. Zumiez: "Have you ever had a photographer or filmer miss a shot that you could never recreate?"

Pat Moore: "Sometimes you get lucky and you do the stupidest trick and you have a rad shot. Sometimes you do the most banging biggest trick and you don't get the shot. So you can't judge it on that. Saying that, yeah I've done a lot of cool shit that hasn't gotten filmed and I would have had much better video parts if we had better filmers. Haha"
