What's the difference between a pintail and a drop-through longboard?
Pintails have a classic tapered shape mounted on top of the trucks - good for carving and general cruising. Drop-through boards mount the trucks through the deck, lowering your center of gravity for a more stable feel at speed. If you're just getting started, drop-through shapes are generally easier to push and balance on.
