Women's Denim Shorts

Women's jorts and jean shorts from Empyre, Ninth Hall, and Ed Hardy - cut-offs with frayed hems, baggy fits, high-waisted styles, and everything in between. Cotton and cotton-blend denim in light, medium, and dark washes plus black and grey. If you want something with a little more stretch, check out our pull-on shorts, or go full denim and grab a pair of women's jeans too.

What denim shorts are in style?
Baggy and high-waisted jorts are getting the most attention right now. Frayed hems and raw cut-offs in medium and dark washes are common, and Empyre and Ninth Hall both carry styles built around that silhouette. Distressed detailing - fading, subtle rips - shows up across both brands, but the cuts stay relaxed rather than heavily processed.
What fits of denim shorts does Zumiez have?
Zumiez stocks women's denim shorts in cut-off, baggy, high-waisted, and short fits across brands like Empyre and Ninth Hall. If stretch is your thing, look for cotton-blend constructions that give you more mobility. Washes run from light to dark denim, plus black and grey options.
