For all donation requests, please send in a letter of request containing the following information:

• Who, what, when, where and why of the event
• Print letter of request on letter head of the organization
• WA shipping address (not a PO Box)
• Tax ID or EIN

Letter of request must be received within 4 weeks of shipping deadline.
If your request has met all of these suggested requirements we will get back to you with in 3 weeks.
We regret that not all donations requests can be accommodated as we have a high volume of requests.
