Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns: Any items purchased from 11/1/25-12/24/25 can be returned until 1/31/26, if the conditions below are met. All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).
Visiting your local store is the FAST and FREE way to process your return or exchange. You can find your local store using our Store Locator Page.
Make sure to sign up for The Zumiez Stash with a valid phone number when purchasing. If you're signed up, we hold on to all your receipts digitally, so there's no worries about finding them later.
Items returned with a gift receipt can exchange, or receive a gift card, in the amount paid at time of gifter’s purchase.
Gift receipts can only be printed from in-store purchases, and are unavailable for any online orders.
Note: Anything purchased before 5/5/26 is not eligible for mail in exchange. Please bring any exchanges to the store, or mail in your items to receive a refund.

All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).
Anything purchased after 1/1/24 will fall into our normal Return Policy.

STEP 1: FILL OUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM

Make sure to include the filled out form in your box!
STEP 2: PACK UP YOUR UNDESIRED ITEMS

Any unmarked box will do - you can even use the package your
items originally came in!
STEP 3: PURCHASE POSTAGE AND MAIL YOUR ITEMS

Send your box with the completed returns/exchanges form to:

Make sure to keep your tracking information!
STEP 4: CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED
(This may take a few weeks!)

Zumiez will process your return and email you when it's complete.
Express Exchange
To ensure you are able to get the item you want before it sells out, follow these steps to process an express exchange:
- Order the new item on Zumiez.com.
- Send the item you wish to exchange to our Returns Center (address above), with the original invoice, and the returns/exchanges form.
- Include your new order number for the replacement item.
- We will credit your account for the exchanged item, including shipping paid on the new order (Economy or Standard shipping only), making sure to honor any discounts received on your original purchase.
If you prefer to ship your item for exchange, be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible. Pack your exchange item and original invoice with clear instructions on the desired item, and ship to the address above. Please complete the exchange as soon as possible for the best chance to receive the item you request.
