What if I lose my Gift Card?
Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless the full card number is provided by card owner, to validate that card contains funds. Gift cards purchased from any source other than Zumiez.com or Zumiez retail locations are not valid, and will not be replaced or reloaded.
How do I get the full gift card number if I have lost my card?
The number needed is the full 16 digit number on the back of the Zumiez Gift Card. Your receipt will not contain this information. If you ordered your gift card online, Customer Care may be able to retrieve it for you, but this is not guaranteed. In-store gift card purchases are not traceable, and should be treated like cash.
Please contact Customer Care if you have this information, and we will do everything we can to replace a lost card. We can only replace the value remaining at the time the loss is reported.
