Claiming In Store Purchases
To claim a purchase made in a Zumiez store, provide your Stash phone number to the store employee ringing up your purchase. If points were not claimed in the store at the time of purchase:
- Visit The Zumiez Stash App on your mobile device or tablet. Make sure you are logged in.
- In the top right corner, tap the barcode icon and select "In-Store".
- You can use your camera to scan the receipt details or enter the purchase information manually, which is found on your purchase receipt:
- Receipt Number (Transaction # found near the top of the receipt)
- Total Price (Do not include $)
- Date of Purchase
- Store # (Very top of receipt)
