Stash on the App: FAQs

The login you used for your The Zumiez Stash login on a browser will work on our Zumiez App, but the browser is old news... it's totally better on the App!

THIS DEPENDS ON IF YOU'VE EVER LOGGED IN TO THE ZUMIEZ STASH BEFORE! 
If you have never logged in on zumiez.com, but provided your phone number in store:

• Download the Zumiez App
• Select "Sign In"
• Input the email associated with your in-store account, and select "Forgot Password"
• Select "Done" and check your email (make sure to give it a few minutes, and check your spam folders!)
• Create your password through the email you were sent
• Go back to the app and login with your new password

If you have logged in to The Zumiez Stash on a browser:

• Download the Zumiez App
• Use the same password you use on zumiez.com to login 

If you did not give the store employee an email on signup, or can't remember it, contact Customer Care and provide the phone number on file for your account. 

It’s just better! Here are just some of the things you can do with The Zumiez Stash in our App: 

• Earn points for checking in at your local store, shopping, and more
• Get rewards that are exclusive to The Zumiez Stash- you can’t buy these!
• Learn about new events and experiences
• Be first to know about the latest drops
• Shop featured items exclusively sold on the App
• Chat with your favorite Zumiez employee from your local store...real humans, no bots 

• We want to make sure we have your most accurate contact information to keep your experience smooth, which is why we want you to verify your phone number, email, and address.
• We ask for your demographic information to better understand and serve you as an individual. If you’d rather not provide this information, you can continue by selecting “Prefer not to say”.
• We will not sell or share your information to any third parties without your permission.
