Claiming Online Orders
To claim a purchase made online, use your Stash phone number when you check out on the website. If you did not claim the points at the time of purchase:
- Wait for your package to arrive in the mail (you cannot claim your points before this time).
- Visit The Zumiez Stash App on your mobile device or tablet. Make sure you are logged in.
- Click on the barcode icon in the top right corner and then select "Online".
- You can use your camera to scan your invoice or enter the following information manually, which is found in your order confirmation email and on your invoice:
- Shipping Order number
- Total price (Do not add $)
- Date of purchase
