My Order Says It Was Delivered To California, But I Live In Another Country. What Is Going On?

Zumiez ships items from our store locations, as well as a fulfillment center in California. When an order is placed for an international customer, we consolidate those items from the stores to the center, so we can ship in one package to you.

What you are seeing when you track your order is the progress of the packages from our stores to the fulfillment center. The tracking information there is for the purposes of consolidating to the warehouse. This tracking number WILL NOT show the shipping information to your final destination.

When all items have been received by our warehouse we will ship the package to your address and follow up with another email, including your international shipping tracking number.

This process adds a bit of time to the processing of your order, but it allows us to get you far more of the items you ordered for a lower cost to you. We are working hard to make this as quick and easy for you as possible.
