Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

You have a few options when checking on the status of your order! 

1. Click the "Track My Order" in the email you received from us when your package shipped. Remember, if you ordered multiple items, you may have a few of these emails coming.

2. Go straight to the TRACK MY ORDER page, and type in your order number (found in your confirmation email and your shipping emails).

Also keep in mind, tracking can take up to 48 hours to load information, so check back later if you're not seeing anything right away.

Why is there no tracking information on my order?

Order tracking information may not be available to view immediately after you receive your shipping information via email.

Please remember to consider Holidays and weekends when looking for updates to tracking information.

Why is my package being delivered by the local Post Office?

Carriers will sometimes pass packages off to the local post office. This is always true when delivering to a P.O. Box. In these cases, you may or may not have access to the updated tracking information. In addition, there may only be an estimated delivery date.

Please keep in mind, sometimes the Postal Service will mark packages delivered a day early, so please wait 24 hours before reporting a missing package.
