My Zumiez Account

Your Zumiez account and your Zumiez Stash account are the same. One login works on the website, the app, and the rewards program. Here's how to sign in, manage your profile, and get the most out of your account.

Why Have an Account?

Creating a Zumiez account lets you:

  • Check out faster with saved addresses and payment info
  • Track current orders and view your full order history
  • Maintain a wish list
  • Manage your address book
  • Access the Zumiez Stash loyalty program — earn points, get exclusive rewards, and more

Sign In & Password

One-time sign-in code

The quickest way to sign in is with a one-time code sent to your phone number or email address on file. No password needed.

Signing in with a password

If you set up a password, you can still use it to sign in. Note: there is currently no self-serve password reset. If you need to update the email or phone number on your account so you can receive a one-time code, contact Customer Care:

Signing in to the app after signing up in store

If you signed up for Stash in store but have never logged in online, follow these steps to set up app access:

  1. Download the Zumiez App
  2. Select Sign In
  3. Enter the email associated with your in-store account and select Forgot Password
  4. Check your email for a password setup link (allow a few minutes; check spam)
  5. Create your password and return to the app to sign in

If you already have a zumiez.com password, use that same password to sign in to the app.

If you didn't provide an email when you signed up in store, contact Customer Care with the phone number on file and we'll help you get access.

Edit Your Profile

To update your name, email address, phone number, or other account details:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select Account Dashboard

View Order History

Order history shows the status of recent and past orders placed while signed in to your account. To view it:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select My Orders

Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your order history. Track a guest order here.

Privacy & Your Data

When setting up your account, we may ask you to verify your phone number, email address, and mailing address. This helps keep your account accessible and your experience smooth.

We also ask for optional demographic information to better understand and serve you. If you'd prefer not to provide it, select "Prefer not to say" and your account won't be affected.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Zumiez Stash

The Zumiez Stash is our loyalty program: earn points on purchases and in-store check-ins, redeem for exclusive rewards, and get early access to drops and events. Your Stash account is your Zumiez account.
