The Zumiez Stash is our loyalty program — earn points every time you shop, check in, or engage with the brand, then redeem them for exclusive merchandise, limited releases, and one-of-a-kind experiences. Here's everything you need to know.
What Is the Zumiez Stash?
The Zumiez Stash is a free rewards program built around action sports culture. Unlike typical cash-back programs, Stash rewards are things you can't buy anywhere else; exclusive drops from athletes, artists, and musicians; limited collabs; and experiences with the brands you care about.
The Stash lives in the Zumiez App. It's the hub for managing your points, browsing rewards, getting early access to product releases, and staying connected with your local store. Your Zumiez website login and your Stash/app login are the same account.
How to Sign Up
Signing up is free and takes under two minutes. Three ways to do it:
- Online:Create a Zumiez account — your account automatically enrolls you in the Stash.
- In-store: Give your phone number and email to a store employee at checkout. They'll set up your account on the spot.
- On the app: Download the Zumiez App, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts.
After signing up, download the Zumiez App to unlock the full Stash experience; point tracking, exclusive rewards, and app-only features.
How to Earn Points
Shopping earns points, but it's not the only way. The Stash App has a dedicated Earn Points tab with all current earning activities. Common ways to stack points:
- Shop in-store or online — every qualifying purchase earns points
- Check in at a Zumiez store — open the app when you're in the store and tap check-in
- Watch videos — content from athletes, brands, and events inside the app
- Connect your social accounts — link Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Complete app activities — challenges, surveys, and brand engagements that rotate regularly
To see everything available: open the Zumiez App → tap Stash at the bottom → select Earn Points.
Claiming In-Store Purchases
At checkout (easiest)
Give the store employee your Stash phone number when you're buying. Points are added automatically, there is nothing else to do!
Forgot to claim at the register?
You can add points from any receipt through the app:
- Open the Zumiez App and sign in
- Tap the barcode icon in the top right corner
- Select "In-Store"
- Scan your receipt with your camera, or enter manually:
- Receipt Number — labeled "Transaction #" at the top of your receipt
- Total Price — without the $ symbol
- Date of Purchase
- Store Number — found at the top of your receipt
Claiming Online Orders
At checkout (easiest)
Enter your Stash phone number in the loyalty field during online checkout. Points are applied automatically when your order ships.
Forgot to add your phone number?
Wait until your order is delivered, then claim through the app:
- Open the Zumiez App and sign in
- Tap the barcode icon in the top right corner
- Select "Online"
- Scan your packing invoice or enter manually:
- Shipping Order Number
- Total Price — without the $ symbol
- Purchase Date
Important: You must receive your package before claiming points for an online order.
What Can I Use Stash Points For?
Stash points unlock rewards you won't find in the store or anywhere else:
- One-of-a-kind items from athletes, artists, and musicians
- Limited edition merchandise from top brands
- Exclusive experiences with brands and their ambassadors

Is my Stash account the same as my Zumiez app account?
Yes. One account, one login — works on zumiez.com and in the app.
I signed up in-store but can't log into the app. What do I do?
If you've never logged in on zumiez.com before:
- Download the Zumiez App
- Tap "Sign In"
- Enter the email on your in-store account
- Select "Forgot Password" and tap Done
- Check your email (including spam) for a reset link
- Set a new password, then log into the app
If you've already logged in at zumiez.com:</strong> Use the same email and password in the app.
Don't know which email is on file? Contact Customer Care with the phone number associated with your account.
What's different about the app vs. the website?
- Store check-ins to earn points

Why does Zumiez ask for my personal information?
Contact info (phone, email, address) helps us maintain service quality. Demographic info helps us personalize your experience, all demographic fields have a "Prefer not to say" option. Zumiez does not sell or share your information to third parties without your permission.
