Zumiez Return Policy
All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipped order is returned, the refund covers the product price after tax, not the original shipping charge.
Return Timeframes

Snowboard items: Must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All snowboard sales are final after 30 days.
No Receipt
Returns without a receipt or proof of purchase may be refused. If accepted, a gift card will be issued for the current retail or lowest promotional price.
Signed up for The Zumiez Stash? Your receipts are stored digitally - no paper needed.
Clearance Items
All clearance sales are final. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Clearance items can be identified by prices ending in .96, .97, or .98. These items may be customer returns, discontinued inventory, or not in original packaging. In some cases they are repackaged by Zumiez.
Stash Rewards
Items redeemed using Zumiez Stash points are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for points, different rewards, or any other form of compensation.
Stash points earned on purchases that are later returned and refunded will be deducted from your current balance.
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Exceptions:
- ATM and debit card purchases — cash refunds available in-store only
- Credit card purchases — refunded to the original card; if unavailable, a gift card is issued
- PayPal purchases returned in-store — refunded by gift card; mail the return for a PayPal account refund
- Gift card refunds over $10 — refunded by gift card
- In-store purchases mailed to the returns center — refunded by gift card; bring the return to a store for original payment method credit
