Employee Discount Program at Zumiez

We think it’s important for our employees to have an appreciation and understanding for our brands, our products, and our lifestyles. One of the great perks of working at Zumiez is the discount! Immediately after becoming an employee, our teams have the benefit of purchasing store merchandise at a discount off of the original retail price. The percentage of discount to which you are entitled depends upon your position. Our sales employees receive a 25% discount off of soft goods, footwear, and hardgoods. Our 1st and 2nd Assistant Managers receive a 35% discount off of soft goods, footwear, and hardgoods. Our store managers receive a 50% discount off of soft goods and a 40% discount off of footwear and hardgoods. The Zumiez product discount is for our employees and their immediate family members only.
